Tradition runs deep with these Balinese techniques of kneading, long strokes, and acupressure stimulation. Release muscle tension, improve blood circulation and dissolve stress to re- balance and restore our heart to a state of love and gratitude.
Based on meridians and acupressure points this deeper therapeutic massage loosens muscle tissues, supports blood and oxygen circulation and releases stress, blockage and toxins. Beneficial for chronic pain, injuries or stubborn knots. You will be kneaded, pressed, stretched, elbowed and stroked into bliss.
A gentle massage to remind us to slow down and remember we have a body. Warm volcanic stones are placed to warm and relax muscles, then long, slow strokes melt away stress and tension. Perfect to induce sleep, reduce anxiety, for arthritis / aching joints or those who prefer a more gentle, nurturing massage.
Beginning with Reiki to receive healing energy throughout your treatment. Reiki brings your therapist into their highest state and opens their heart to transmit good intentions and positive energy throughout your massage. Techniques used include Balinese, Swedish, deep tissue, lomi-lomi, shiatsu, and reiki. Ending with a head and face massage you are brought back to planet Earth and grounded with more Reiki.
A strong massage based on Japanese healing systems release muscle and meridian blockages which cause pain physically, mentally and emotionally. Your therapist works deeply, without oil. Techniques used include acupressure with thumbs, palms, elbows, and the occasional foot! This style of massage can be fully clothed if you prefer.
Acupressure points on your feet correspond with body systems and can release blockages when stimulated. Sit back and relax whilst your therapist washes your feet then gives a soothing lower leg massage infused with foot reflexology to ground you and connect with mother earth.
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique that reduces stress, promotes a sense of deep relaxation, and encourages healing on many levels. A simple and safe energy work that helps you balance and harmonise body, mind, emotions and spirit. Reiki involves the transfer of divine source energy through the practitioner’s heart and hands to the client, enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal itself. You get to lie back on the table and drift away. Sleeping is encouraged! Our therapists are trained in Reiki Tummo, a passive style of reiki which works on the premise that your body has an innate wisdom so the reiki energy will flow where it is needed most.
Chakras are the body’s energy centres that spin and distribute our prana / chi / essential life force. These centres get clogged up over time when we experience stress and negative emotions. We clear each of your 7 individual chakras, releasing blockage, then balance your key chakra centres in relation to their corresponding chakra. We also use coloured crystals over your chakras to amplify your healing experience. You will feel lighter, cleaner and more loving and open hearted after this special treatment.
A full Reiki treatment from the top of your head to the soles of your feet, front and back of your body is followed by Reiki focused on your specific problem area to encourage healing at many levels.
First we indulge you with a 60 minute Balinese massage with our warming ayuvedic oil blend. Next we exfoliate with a traditional spice blend of cloves, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and cinnamon. We leave you wrapped cosily in a sarong for a few minutes whilst the spices work their magic and seep warmth into your bones.
We wash you off with warm water and a mask of fresh tamarind and pure Borneo honey is applied before you relax in a hot spice bath to sip on ginger and lemongrass tea. Great for arthritis, tired old backs, to enhance blood circulation and any conditions in the body that require warmth.
A balancing Balinese massage for 60 minutes followed by a traditional Indonesian lulur exfoliation scrub consisting of turmeric, coriander, red rice and essential oils. Next a clay body mask is rubbed into your skin to tone, soften, and moisturise. Finally you float from the table into a hot flower bath.
A tranquil Balinese massage for an hour is followed by a reviving Ayuvedic Healing or coffee salt scrub. Salt is a great way to exfoliate dead skin cells and pave the way for fresh new cells to regenerate. Coffee grounds are the best option for use on cellulite prone areas of the body, as well as leaving you with a radiant caffeine fuelled glow. We then soothe you with a yoghurt based body polish before a hot bath with sea salt hand harvested in Amed, in the north east of Bali.

A perfect fresh lift for your skin. We begin with a cleanse and gentle exfoliant to thoroughly prepare your skin for active ingredients. Whilst your hydrating masque infuses enjoy a neck, arm and leg massage before eye balm and moisturiser are applied.
We shampoo your hair with our seaweed infused shampoo, then apply a deeply nourishing hair mask treatment that contains candlenut, jojoba and essential oils. Enjoy a deep scalp massage before we wrap your hair in a hot towel and massage your neck, shoulders and arms. Enjoy your soft, shiny, healthy hair.
After a warm hand soak we cleanse, trim, shape, buff and beautify your nails and cuticles. Polish of your choice is applied and enjoy a hand and arm massage. Be assured that all our manicure and pedicure tools are sanitised and sterilised between customers.
